My background includes working in insurance and banking but this wasn't something I felt passionate about. Deciding to try something totally different I volunteered as a counsellor for Childline. Being inspired with the challenges that this experience gave me, I started to study counselling at college.

In 2016 I came across Dolores Cannon’s work (creator of QHHT) and it blew my mind. Seeing the information that Dolores uncovered through hypnosis which helped people in every walk of life amazed me and I wanted to learn more. This has placed me on the most fascinating path that just keeps expanding. Not one to be put in a box, Dolores never stopped learning and I continuously feel inspired to do the same. I have added some new modalities which I think you’ll love. Having taken part in and facilitated many online sessions myself from 2023, experiencing the same great results, I’m now pleased to offer this service to you.
