In sessions I encourage clients to describe what theyâre experiencing in as much detail as they can. Sometimes theyâre stuck for words, as when they look down at themselves they donât always see feet!
Whatâs the very first thing you notice?
âSpikey rocks, big tall spikey rocks, like mountains. Itâs dark but thereâs a lot of light as well. The light is getting strongerâ.
What else do you notice?
âItâs changing, itâs getting brighter. The light has changed colour. Itâs bright white now, pulsating, spiralling now. It keeps changing. Itâs green now.. I just want to think oh wow!â
She laughs as I tell her to take it all in.
âIâve never seen anything like this before⌠Lots of greeny blues (still laughing)⌠shapes that are changing⌠Iâm stuck for words!â
Are you part of the colours or separate from them?
âIâm part of it. It just keeps changingâ.
She describes a man looking down at her. So I ask her what happens next?
âA wee sea squid creature just appeared, oh itâs floating⌠Oh thereâs another one! (Sheâs really laughing now). Wee sea creatures and thereâs a stingray going by! Iâm under water watching them, theyâre just floating above me⌠Itâs like being in an aquarium! Theyâre just circling around meâ.
How do you feel being there?
âItâs fun⌠I feel like Iâm under water but Iâm totally okâ.
Look down at your feet and what do you notice? (She bursts out laughing).
âTheyâre not feet, theyâre like flippers! Like green and red, itâs not like theyâre one, theyâre two. Not two separate things at the bottom and itâs not like a mermaidâs tail or anything like that⌠Itâs like a 1960âs movie sea creature type thing! The legs are one but the feet arenâtâ.
As you look up the body, what else do you notice?
âIâm scaley. Green scales and thereâs like red and gills but I have no hands⌠Iâm not human, Iâm a sea creature, not hands but two upper limbs, they stretch and theyâre webbed. Iâm comfortable being this, in the water. Thereâs something gold, but I donât know where, itâs part of me. Itâs just part of who I amâ.
The session continues with the sea creature floating and swimming around, looking after all the other sea creatures. Her description of a 1960âs movie sea creature was brilliant. This is a great example of the client just going with the flow and totally enjoying the experience sheâs having đ¤
This is the picture she sent to me afterwards saying this was the closest thing she could find to how she looked. You never know what way a quantum healing session is going to go, but thatâs what makes them so interesting đ
Thank you for allowing me to share your session story, I still remember your laugh đ¤
