“I just had a lovely online 13th Octave LaHoChi session with Carole. I honestly did not know what to expect but I trust Carole and her intentions to help bring healing to this planet. She is very kind and intuitive and put me right at ease answering any questions I had before we started.
Although I have never had a reiki session I understood the concept of energy healing. However I wasn't really prepared for the experience lol. It was beautiful. I set my intention and lay back while Carole worked her magic.
I began telepathically receiving messages asking me what exactly I wanted to achieve and what I wanted to let go. I just went along with it and answered. Then I started to sense and see like energy moving all around me, like a mandala of this smokey energy just flowing in and out of itself, all around me. At different times I was brought somewhere or shown something or asked to answer things. I even thought I might have been imagining all this at one point and just concentrated on my breath and went with whatever came up. I either went really deep or half fell asleep near the end lol.

“I really didn’t know what to expect when I was going for my quantum healing session and I was a little bit nervous, but Carole really put me at ease as she is so calm and welcoming. Carole explains everything in clear and to understand language exactly about how the session works.

“I recently had a 13th Octave LaHoChi Session with Carole and found it amazing. At the start Carole explained everything and answered my questions. I was so nervous as this was the 1st time I ever tried anything like this and thought this would help me with my grief after losing my mummy and not feeling as positive or optimistic as I would normally be. Carole was very reassuring and made me feel at ease.
As Carole started I found myself really relaxing although I could see a lot of grey clouds all around me with my eyes closed. My chest was very heavy and felt really wheezy when breathing. As she was working through the session I felt like a weight was lifted off my chest and my breathing became far lighter. Near the end of the session I could see clear blue, the grey clouds had completely gone.
After the session, I felt so relaxed, so much lighter and more content. A few days after I still felt calmer, chilled and relaxed. And for the 1st time in a long time I felt myself thinking of the future and being a little more positive, optimistic and not feel guilty for doing this. “I have to admit that before this quantum healing session with Carole I was a total non believer, so to speak and I was also very apprehensive for at least a week beforehand. The good thing is that these sessions are not about prying into your private life as you choose what is going to be addressed during the regression yourself.
The initial stage where I discussed my life from as far back as I could remember was very useful. Firstly it allowed me to gain some form of rapport with Carole, which in turn built up a trust between us both and it was not long before I found myself talking to Carole about good and bad things that had happened to me and on a couple of occasions I became quite emotional. Carole has a calming, reassuring voice and approach to the process and it helped so much. I found myself recalling my life as a child and indeed as an adult without any hesitation such was my trust in her. Carole quickly picked up on the things that were clearly still affecting me in my life and I informed her that this was the first time I had ever discussed such things in depth with anyone.
After the the initial chat it was time for the regression. Again Carole's ability to reassure me that this was nothing to worry about came across in abundance and again calmed me down. From what I recall it took a little while for me to begin looking for my inner self but I certainly remember at some point feeling extremely relaxed and answering questions and discussing things that had troubled me for years.
In summary Carole is extremely competent in what she does and her knowledge, empathy and ability to get her clients to open up is outstanding. The session that I had has left me knowing that I am a better person than I thought I was and that there are some areas in my life that require addressing and I will certainly be doing that as soon as is practically possible.
Finally, whilst I am not convinced that these sessions are suitable for everyone I have certainly learned so much about my inner self and what is required for me to make my life even more happier than it is now!”

“I recently had a 13th Octave LaHoChi session with Carole, and OMG, such a fantastic experience! A few weeks before the session, I was stressed out and felt out of place. I feel that this session has brought me back on my path and a lot of unwanted energy and emotions have been cleared away.
Before the session I had a chat with Carole about my intentions and the healing I wanted to achieve. My intention was for spiritual and emotional healing. Also, I had some tension and inflammation in my jaws as I had some work done on my teeth.
We started the session and when I closed my eyes, I felt a strong but gentle energy entering my body, entering my head, my face and then distributed all over my body. I felt very relaxed. I started to see energy floating around me - the different colours of chakras (blue, purple, very bright flamey red, green, orange and yellow). I could feel the energy flowing inside my body and around me. I had one of my hands resting on my lap and the other on my abdomen area, and I felt both of my hands lifting up and slowly travelling upwards towards my chest and then slowly resting on my chest area.
After the session, I felt very relaxed, like I was brought back to where I belonged. Carole was able to balance my hormones which really benefited my daily diet and the way I feel, I am more motivated and control my emotions better. A few days later the tension from my jaws disappeared and I felt so much better.
I can highly recommend Carole to anyone that is looking to heal their body and mind or have their life impacted in a way they never thought possible. Carole is a caring and loving person that impacts others with the POWER of LOVE.

“I had never been to a session like this before but I'm open minded and thought I'd give it a go. I was a bit nervous and sceptical at first but Carole really put me at ease. Firstly I seen relaxing colours and had a warm feeling all over, then I was taken to a scene which felt like a dream but I was fully aware of my surroundings. I was so relaxed with no anxiety or fear. Although it was a few months ago I feel its benefits now, before I was self conscious, worried a lot and was always a people pleaser. I have always been afraid of water and hate being cold. My session revealed I was a maid on a ship and died in the freezing water. I find now my fear of water is not as bad and I don't feel the cold as much as I did. I have also stopped being a 'servant' to everyone, I have more self worth and people have mentioned I seem more confident. “Before my quantum healing session I was nervous but Carole put me at ease by explaining everything beforehand, which helped me relax. With Carole's guidance I recalled a past life in which I was a middle aged man, alone in a desolate war torn muddy place. I had to search for food every day and couldn’t find any. I died there alone, afraid and very hungry. I was able to associate this with my anxiety regarding food. If I was hungry I’d panic and get very agitated. I often woke up in the middle of the night and panicked that I needed food, although I knew I wasn’t hungry. I now know that my anxiety about hunger is part of a past life and not my present life, where food is plentiful and a few steps away to the cupboard or fridge. When I get that feeling in my stomach now I understand where it is coming from, and don’t panic. I sometimes give into my anxiety but this is becoming less often which is helping me with my weight and confidence. “After several weeks of having a series of repetitive dreams I knew two things 1. The universe wanted me to know something and 2. I dreaded going to bed at night. I started looking for a meaning, what was I missing, who can help me bring an understanding to this - I read, I researched, I googled!!! I spoke to spiritual teachers and people I trusted from the spiritual community, no one could shed any light on the dreams and I was starting to fear them!! “On September 23rd I had the life changing experience with this amazing soul, Carole. When I walked into Carole’s place I felt so broken and lost. I came out as a completely different person. Quantum healing was recommended to me by a friend who believed that it would be beneficial for me. I was given a page to find a practitioner, and Carole just came up.
After I made contact with her it just felt right, she was the right person for me. I felt very connected with her as soon as she opened her door. “I recently had a 13th Octave LaHoChi Session online with Carole and it was an amazing experience! To begin the session, Carole explained the process in a friendly, relaxing way and answered my questions. Carole also asked some really great questions that helped focus my intention and clarify what I wanted to get out of the session.
As Carole began the energy work, I felt very comfortable, relaxed and at-ease and became aware of the energy working in my body quite quickly! This was particularly strong around the forehead, upper back and legs; it was amazing to feel old physical and emotional blocks clearing and releasing in real time! "Carole explained very well how the hypnosis would work and made me feel very comfortable. Under hypnosis I went into a few past lives which was interesting. Carole also connected me to my higher self which I now know I’ve been connecting with and didn’t realise! This was very beneficial for my spiritual path. I experienced a lot of healing during the session and could feel it in certain parts of my body through out the session. “I was a bit apprehensive regarding my 13th Octave LaHoChi session as I’d never had an online session before. Carole immediately put me at ease explaining how it worked before we started.
I was experiencing hip and lower back pain, I also had pain in my left knee causing a limp when I walked. When the session began I lay back and let myself relax while thinking of the symptoms I wanted help with. I began to feel a tingling like pins and needles in my left knee and a warm feeling around my hips and lower back.
When Carole was finished she explained she sensed my mother who has passed and we talked about our relationship. Carole also explained that anything to do with the left side of your body is about your past and anything in the legs is all about moving forward. I then realised that I had met up with a sibling a few days before my symptoms began. I didn't perceive it at the time, but my sibling had triggered past feelings that I was obviously holding onto regarding our mother. Carole suggested if I wanted to, I could write a letter to my mother, about how I truly felt all those years during my childhood and adult life. When I did this, it was like a release and I felt a lightness within myself. Gradually the pain in my hips and lower back went away. The pain in my left knee took longer but 4 weeks on I'm now pain free. When I feel ready I will rip up the letter and write another one telling my mother all the good things she did.
